Matt Murray - President
Matt is the founder of the Scorer’s Edge Hockey, which specializes in long-term player development by planning and executing private lessons, clinics, and camps for players of all ages. Matt has devoted his life to the game of hockey and has played successfully at all levels including AAA (Madison Capitols), Prep High School (Culver Military Academy), USHL (Omaha Lancers, Waterloo Blackhawks), Division-1 (Wisconsin Badgers), and professional (SC Reisersee – Germany). Since his playing days Matt has served as the Vice President of Operations for a Junior A hockey team and currently serves as the Director of Hockey for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals organization. Matt has been with the Jr. Admirals for 10 full seasons and coaches the program's U16 team. He is also a USHL Central District scout.
Chase Ernst - Hockey Director
Chase Ernst is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and comes to Milwaukee after coaching at several levels in the St Louis area as well as running his own development company, The St Louis Amateurs. In his playing days Chase spent time in with the St Louis Sting (NAHL) the Waterloo Blackhawks (USHL) where he was the Captain of a team that also Included SEH Owner Matt Murray, and at Lake forest College(NCAA Div III).
He suffered a career-ending eye injury and was forced to retire from playing in 1998 but in the same year he started is coaching career. He's coached at Affton, Chesterfield, STL Amateur Blues, and in the NAHL for the Springfield Spirit. Additionally, he has served as a scout and consultant in the USHL and NAHL, was an evaluator and coach with Missouri Player Development, and serves as the Team leader of the USA Hockey Central District Select 14 Camp
Matthew Vanden Berg - Player Development Coordinator & Lead Instructor
Matthew Vanden Berg is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan and comes to Milwaukee after coaching a wide breadth of levels between Michigan and the Carolinas. Matthew played travel hockey for the Grand Rapids Griffins (now Fox Motors) from Mite thru the Midget AAA program. A multisport athlete, Matthew played both Division 3 Hockey and Baseball at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. As a Bachelor’s graduate of Elon University’s Accounting and Finance program, Matthew is currently working on his Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston and plans to begin pursuit of his MBA in the spring of 2019 from Marquette University. Matthew persistently strives to learn best practices of industry leaders to help everyone attain their highest levels of performance and endurance. He is presently a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a Focus3 Leadership Guide, a KPA Elite Performance Psychology Advisor, and a highly proficient training/game film video analyst.
Austin Keiser - Director of GoaltendingAustin comes to us from Atlanta Georgia and has been coaching goalies for 11 years all over the country. He played prep hockey at Kents Hill in Maine. After playing two years in the AJHL, Keiser played NCAA Division III for Suny Potsdam and Western New England University. He then concluded his playing career in the ECHL for his hometown team the Atlanta Gladiators. After his playing career, Keiser served as Assistant Coach at his Alma mater Western New England University. Next, Keiser became the first Assistant Coach for the inaugural season at NCAA Trine University in Angola, Indiana.
Additionally, Keiser comes to SEH with goalie coaching experience from Pro Crease in Connecticut (4 years), SAP in Atlanta (7 years), and USA Hockey. He is currently the goalie Director for Can/Am hockey camps in Lake Placid, NY and Las Vegas. "Through my experience as a player and coach, I strive to bring the best goalie package to SEH and MJA as the new Goalie Director for these programs."
Mark Murray – Strength and Conditioning Program Consultant
Mark has a diverse background with over a decade of experience programming and implementing effective strength & conditioning programs for athletes and military personnel. He was a certified US Army Master Fitness Trainer and is currently a Gym Jones Fully Certified Instructor. Among many things, he was a multi-sport high school athlete (including hockey), collegiate rugby player, IRONMAN finisher, ultra- marathoner, US Army infantry officer, and Airborne Ranger. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Master’s degree from the George Washington University. Mark currently works for a Fortune 500 company where he supports government agencies with leadership development, strategy, and technology expertise.

Mark Adamek - Defensive Development Specialist & Lead Instructor
Coach Mark Adamek was born, raised and began playing hockey in San Diego, California. Mark has an extensive playing background AAA( Vail), NAHL (Grand Rapids, Springfield, and St Louis), USHL( Rochester) , NCAA (LSSU), and Professionally ECHL (Stockton and San Diego). In 2009-2010, Coach Adamek played his final season of professional hockey with the Wichita Thunder of the CHL. Since retirement from his playing career, Coach Adamek started coaching youth hockey in Salt Lake City, Utah and currently serves as the MJA U18 Head Coach. Additionally Mark and his 2 brothers own and operate 3 Brothers Hockey camp run out of Salt lake City each summer
Austin Bevilacqua - Skating Development Specialist & Lead Instructor
Austin is a Milwaukee area native where he was born and raised. He learned to play the game here in the Milwaukee area and played the majority of his youth and midget hockey in the Wisconsin AAA /Milwaukee Jr. Admirals program, all of which was under our dearly missed long time coach Ulvis Katlaps. Austin played in the program from pee-wee on through midget major. After the conclusion of his Milwaukee Jr. Admirals career he played a short Junior A career with the Wisconsin /Minnesota Wilderness of the SIJHL as a league in the CJHL. In his time there his team won an SIJHL championship and advanced to the Dudley Hewitt Cup ultimately falling short of an RBC Cup appearance. Austin chose to end his junior hockey career for personal/family reasons shortly after the team was moved to Minnesota. Upon returning home Austin was asked to join the Jr. Admirals coaching staff midway through the 2012-13 season where he has been ever since. He has worked with various age groups developing experience teaching the game to youth players of all ages.
John Brady – Strength and Conditioning Director
John is a dedicated fitness professional and has been working with hockey players for nearly a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness from East Carolina University and he is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He is currently completing graduate level work in exercise physiology with an emphasis in strength & conditioning at Carroll College. In addition to working at Scorer’s Edge, John works at Parisi Speed School and Form and Fitness Health Club.
